So I have (somewhat) come to terms with the fact that Abby is growing up very quickly, however, 2 milestones within a 24 hour period is almost too much for me to take. Last night she kept wiggling on JB so he put her down on the floor on her playmat and she started scooting! Moved about 10 inches but also managed almost turn herself in a complete circle. She tried to push up a couple of times but wasn't too successful. As sad as that was, this morning was worse...
I fixed Abby a bottle while she was still in her crib and went in there to feed her in the big chair in her room. We sat down and I started feeding her as usual. Then she actually took the bottle away from me and started feeding herself. She's attempted this many times before but never been able to hold it on her own and actually get the milk out. Not this time. She pulled it out when she didn't want it and put it back when she wanted it. Ugh...So depressing.
